For much of my Christian life, I’ve struggled with a difficult and painful image of myself: I was a second-class Christian. Not only me, but everyone who was not ‘ordained’ or didn’t work in a full-time job for the institutional church. I’ve come to see that idea as one of the greatest flaws of 21st Century Christendom.
